Balance Yoga: This Workout is designed to gently balance the body with traditional yoga poses and body-weight exercises, all while utilizing a 3-lb. medicine ball. This session will take your athleticism to the next level with all 3 components of fitness; strength, cardio and stretching! This session combines traditional yoga poses, plyometric exercises (cardio) and body weight exercises to improve your flexibility and overall fitness level through high intensity low impact exercises to strengthen, lengthen and shape your entire body!
