The process of building healthy habits takes time and patience. One strategy is to start small. Instead of trying to change your whole diet, maybe just focus on one meal, say breakfast or dinner. Once you build that habit, try another meal.
The easiest way to break a bad habit is to replace is with a good habit. You’ll also want to avoid “breaking the chain” here. During the early stages of your habit-breaking process, if you can consistently follow your outlined plan, eventually the process will become automatic to you.
Have patience is your process. It is never easy, we all understand that, but it will be so worth it in the long run!
