Leg Extension/Hamstring curl machine 4@10 reps
Ball: wall squats with alternating knee lifts 4@10 reps
Hamstring curls 4@12 reps
Bench Step-ups 4@10 reps
sit squats on bench 4@10 reps
Reverse lunge (foot on bench - single leg) 3@10 reps
Ball: prone straight leg lifts 3@10
Bench: in & out crunches 3@10 reps
Reverse sit-ups 3@10 reps
Calories in - 1,204 Calories out - 1,837 ... getting better!
I am having a hard time fitting in aerobic/cardio exercise, I have no excuse! I need to just do it on my lunch break. Hold me accountable everyone!
